Salsa de Chile Chipotle

A smoky chipotle salsa useful for both burritos and tacos
Method
Chop the chipotles, tomato, onion and garlic fine.
Heat a bit of olive oil on a pan and sauté the onion and garlic blank.
Add the chipotle + sauce and tomato. Cook the smoky flavour out for about 2 minutes.
Blend everything in a food processor, salt to taste. When the salsa is one coherent sauce, strain it through a strainer to remove leftover chunks. Add water if the salsa is too thick.
