One of my all time favorite dinners to make when I don't want to make meatballs with minced pork again. "Krebinetter" is a traditional Danish dish of breaded pork patties, and I couldn't really find any proper English translation of it. Nevertheless this is my take on a Danish classic. I subbed the stewed peas and carrots for a delicious creamy mushroom sauce and some excellent small potatoes. Hope you enjoy this retro Danish meal!
