Grilled Shrimp Skewers

Method

1. De-shell the shrimp and remove the poop tube.
2. Mix marinade ingredients and pour over shrimp.
3. Leave shrimp in marinade for max 30 minutes to avoid the citrus breaking the shrimp down too much.
4. Grill.
